Clash of Fun is operated by Pocket Fun Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on clashoffun.com and how we use it. It is a placeholder draft and must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, your chosen language, the date of signup, and the country your request came from. The site itself uses cookieless analytics and sets no tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your email for one purpose: telling you about the Clash of Fun launch and closely related news. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
Where it lives
Waitlist data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in their D1 database service. Bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Write to privacy@clashoffun.com and we will act on your request within 30 days.
